Drove 300 miles to see the vehicle I was interested in. Told salesman that I was driving up the next morning. The salesman did not ask for a deposit which I would have gladly given to him. My experience was poor at best. I scheduled a time online for fist thing. I brought the vehicle in the day before so they would have. Avoid this store if purchasing - will add over $1000 in unwanted extras and never even install them. Very bad experiences!! Cars are delivered without detailing and frequently very dirty. I faced over $1500 in repairs a week after the purchase and they would not repair. I had to go to a Ford dealer to stop transmission and front-end leaks. South Pointe is a sorry excuse for a CDJR store and management is lacking. More
