The service advisor Jacob did an good job but was out 1 day and the other advisors that were suppose to ensure my wife’s vehicle was out the next day after repairs were started that afternoon prior on a 5. day and the other advisors that were suppose to ensure my wife’s vehicle was out the next day after repairs were started that afternoon prior on a 5.5 hr book job was completed did not ensure that there experienced technician completed it on time, wouldn’t be such a big deal if I was not called back to work as I travel and had to get a rental for the wife and kids that had to be extended costing me more money. The repair was covered under warranty totaling over 1100 dollars. I’m not impressed with shop itself and I was a technician for a heavy truck shop and have been a technician from aviation to diesel for 20 years. Went in for an oil change when the leak at the crank was found. The other advisors informed me it would be done before an hour before closing after it was not ready at the time the tech had originally told to the orginal advisor, than when my wife showed up it still was not completed and would not be completed until the next morning hence having to extend the rental. When my wife arrived I will give credit to Jacob as an advisor understanding my frustration and doing what he did to ensure when my wife picked up the vehicle after the warrenty deductible for the other schedule maintenance basically discounted down to almost nothing. Jacob was a good advisor the others that he advised on my ticket for his previously schedule day to not be at the shop on the other hand as well as the tech I can’t say I’m impressed or happy about. Personally even though the advisor did a good job I can not say I will take my vehicles back for service and will go to another dealer in the area. More

Kia took my call earlier in the day and answered questions I had by calling me back after he personally inspected the truck. I came to the dealership several hours later as I live an hour away. He was very cordial and not pushy and I have given his name to a relative. The negative would be the $799 add on for paint etc guarantee that I refused and the Doc fee is over priced. I’m pleased with the vehicle. More
While my husband test drove a vehicle, I waited inside of the dealership. I made eye contact with several employees (including the receptionist, sales people walking to and from their desks, and also manager the dealership. Not one person smiled at me, greeted me, or acknowledged me in any form. It was a bizarre and uncomfortable experience. Once my husband got back from his test drive, I told him about what I experienced and that I did not feel comfortable buying a car at South Pointe. We told our sales rep about the interactions I had while they were away on the test drive, and the sales rep then asked if a manager could come and speak to us. When the manager came over, he never apologized for the lack of basic decorum and courtesy, but instead told my husband “sometimes that’s just the way it is” and “god bless”. It was a bizarre and off-putting experience to say the least. We will definitely not waste time at South Pointe in the future. We did not feel welcomed or valued in any way. More
