I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel this experience needs to be shared. I recently went in for an oil change, and AJ was my service advisor. During the visit, I received a message about a brake issue. needs to be shared. I recently went in for an oil change, and AJ was my service advisor. During the visit, I received a message about a brake issue. I was told a brake-related repair was needed, and I agreed to it. I paid for the work and left with the car. However, after driving only about 10 miles, the brake warning light turned on. I brought the car back the next day. AJ told me the light had gone off and didn’t come back on, but they also recommended changing another part that might be causing the issue — this repair cost me nearly 1,000. I agreed, trusting their diagnosis. Unfortunately, after about a month, the same brake light came on again. I dropped the car off, and for four days I had no updates. I tried calling AJ multiple times, but received no answer. Finally, I had to call the dealership’s main number to get any response. They told me nothing was wrong with the car, even though the light had clearly come on again. They then recommended another inspection — this time at a cost of over 220$— which I agreed to, hoping to get to the bottom of the issue, nothing find out. In the end, I’m disappointed. It feels like the original expensive repair was unnecessary, as it didn’t fix the issue ( more than 1200$ paid for nothing). Worse, the communication with my advisor, AJ, was poor — no updates, ignored calls and texts, and one visit turned out to be completely unnecessary. I also feel the dealership wasted their own resources providing me transportation for that visit, however it could talk on the phone. I expect better customer service, better communication, and most importantly, accurate diagnostics — especially when the cost is this high. More
