I made an appointment at 8:15am and dropped off my car for a software update recall. I thought I would leave and my car would be done at a decent time( early afternoon). I texted the dealer and asked the for a software update recall. I thought I would leave and my car would be done at a decent time( early afternoon). I texted the dealer and asked the ETA didn’t get a response, so then I called after about 6 hours about 2:00pm, and my car wasn’t ever worked on yet. I was told that it may not even be done that evening and it could be the next morning when it would get done. I didn’t understand since I made an appointment and told the girl I was assigned that I was fine with dropping my car offf but expected it to still be done by mid afternoon. I had some errands and was ok with only waiting a few hours. She then said she would call me back and had to talk to a technician. About 20 minutes later she said she got my car to get worked on and it would be ready about 3:30pm and she would call. I never got a call so I showed up at 4:00. The girl said oh let me check on it and I then waited another 20 minutes for my keys, etc. I think everything was fine but to have an appointment and think that I dropped off my car and they put all other cars before mine was a little irritating. I’m fine with that but my car should have been a priority and been able to pick up at a decent time. It was a bit frustrating. My car was not even worked on until 2:30 or so and I was told software updates take while but my car was then done by 4pm doesn’t really make a lot of sense. Anyways I’ll still come to this dealership because it’s closer to me, but I think reevaluating how you all set up appts and getting those people done first should be a priority. Also when we text we should get those texts back with a response from who we are assigned within a reasonable timeframe. More

Charged my 90 year old Mom $950 in labor alone to replace a leaking spool valve. 2 hour job tops!!! Then charged an additional $525 in labor to replace the alternator. Lastly, replaced intake manifold with u a leaking spool valve. 2 hour job tops!!! Then charged an additional $525 in labor to replace the alternator. They did a great job when I took in my car for an oil change. I went around 4pm and the turn around was fast, only waited roughly 30 minutes.
