I brought my CRV infor a repair for the trim. I was mislead about the labor. I was told it was $400 when it was $462. I asked about a 90 days same as cash option before giving the approval for th I was mislead about the labor. I was told it was $400 when it was $462. I asked about a 90 days same as cash option before giving the approval for the work. They said yes they have that so I have the approval. They didn't make me aware that there'd be a down payment. I don't have the money for the down payment hence why I asked about the 90 days same as cash option. I had to borrow money to borrow money and that is absolutely the dumbest thing I've had to do. I won't be coming back. More

Everything was great. It was my first time there and I have no complaints. Wyatt answered any questions I had and was great to work with. I was impressed with the fact that they sent me a video of everything that they checked out as far as tread depth, topping off my washer fluid and did a whole walk-through video of all that.
