I purchased this vehicle new from this dealership. This was the best visit in 47,000+ miles that I was totally, 100% pleased with this service department. All my other visits took an extraordinarily long time for the service provided (usually oil changes). This service took a reasonable amount of time (oil change and fluid replacement in the rear differential). I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. The service advisor was extremely helpful and courteous. It was raining heavily when my 2019 Pilot was finished, and he went into the rain and brought the vehicle inside, so I didn't have to get wet. Everyone I spoke with during this visit was polite, helpful, and cheerful. More
