Bad customer service The dealership is nice till the car is sold. Then the same customer gets no priority or help. I went thru similar problem. I bought a crv Dev 17 2015. I called and let Steve Davis a message. Did not hear back from him. Called Eric Taylor the finance guy at least 4 times, he did not care to solve my issue. Called Steve Moore he said he couldn't help. Called the dealership manager and left him a voice mail, he never called me back. After 2 mths of me buying the car, no one has courtesy to call and talk to my issue. Terrible terrible rotten customer service. More
I was happy with my experiance. I went to South Pointe Honda coming from Sallisaw OK. to buy a new car. I had already dealt with Steve with internet pricing on the price that I felt I went to South Pointe Honda coming from Sallisaw OK. to buy a new car. I had already dealt with Steve with internet pricing on the price that I felt was fair. Steve was very helpful and stated he would not be there on Saturday but a salesman could help me. When my wife and I got there we met Charlie Shore who was very helpful and showed us all about the car and answered our questions. Financing was straight forward and very friendly. If I had only one complaint it would be the excessive Document fee. I feel $399.00 is high and is just another way to make a little extra on the car. It is like going to Wal-Mart and an after check out they add a stocking fee. I will check Doc. fees in advance from now on. However, my over all experience was good and would recommend them to others and will check with this dealer on a ridgeline truck when I go to buy and new truck in the future. More

Steve Moore; a man of his word A week ago, my wife and I purchased a car from Mr. Moore. My wife and I wanted an item that was not with the vehicle. This was not a big ticket item and whether or not we would have received it, it would not have killed the deal. Mr. Moore assured us that he would see that we received what we were after. Last week I received a call from Mr. Moore advising that the product my wife and I wanted was in. I told Mr. Moore that we would be down this weekend and pick it up. When we arrived, Mr. Moore cheerfully greeted us and took care of our request. This was not a "high ticket" item at all and Mr. Moore could have easily blown us off, but he did not. Mr. Moore honored his word! More
