Unbelievable Service Mr. Smallwood of South Pointe got us in and out at 6:45 when the department closes at 7 PM. He had a great attitude. We had a dead battery. According to Honda's website, I needed to call my local dealership if I needed my Honda Financial Account Number. So I call South Pointe because that's where I bought my car. After being transferred to 5 different departments, someone told me that I would get a call back "in a few minutes." After an hour went by without a call back, I called again. The gentleman I talked to was absolutely rude and interrupted every time I tried explaining my situation. I refuse to EVER go there again. And I'm definitely letting all my family and friends know that they are horrible. More
Bought a defective car I bought a car, and refused to accept it. I bought a brand-new 2017 Honda Civic Sport Touring in Luna Silver. I searched for the car, found it at Sout I bought a car, and refused to accept it. I bought a brand-new 2017 Honda Civic Sport Touring in Luna Silver. I searched for the car, found it at South Pointe Honda, Tulsa, OK, and travelled 125 miles to get it. Upon arrival, I drove the vehicle and briefly inspected it (although it was as very dirty/dusty). I spent the next two hours working with salesmen and finance. After all the paperwork was done, the car had been detailed and I was ready to go home. Upon final inspection I first noticed a thumbnail scratch on the door handle - which prompted me to give the rest of the rest of the car a good look. To my surprise/shock, I found the following: -scuff/scratch on left front bumper -scuff/scratch on right quarter -paint chipping/peeling on the rear lid After noticing all this damage/defect on a "new" vehicle, I refused to accept it. The worst part about it was that the salesmen couldn't/wouldn't find me a comparable vehicle, and the dealership still hadn't refunded my down payment after three days. More

purchasing process Salesman Steve Moore was no pressure. I drove several cars over several weeks and he was very knowledgeable about all of them. My wife was not with me and i wanted her on the title, so Steve went out of his way to make that happen. Steve's customer service was excellent. Steve's manager, whose name was also Steve, even calculated various payment options for various interest rates. I was originally going to just pay cash, but when the manager did the math, the 0,9 percent made sense. I had no pressure to purchase their extended warranties, but the finance manager told me about them. There are several internet warranties which were around $1,000 bumper to bumper for 8 years/120,000 miles. The manager indicated they seemed legitimate and they could not match that price. I first experience with the service people was very good in responding to my questions about the cost of tow hitch packages and even walked me over to parts to get that price so I could have a complete price, labor and parts.
