Because of the exceptionally good customer service and honesty displayed by Eli in the sales dept., my friend bought a car that very day, and I sold my Honda to the dealership the following week! A year later, after unsuccessfully attempting literally 10 times or so to schedule a recall fix with a service dept. employee at my usual midtown Honda dealership, I decided to call South Pointe. (In all fairness, the switchboard operator did her best to connect me, but my transferred calls were not answered--at all--and a message I left was never returned.) When I arrived for my (easily scheduled) appt. yesterday at South Pointe, right away I was uncharacteristically impressed after talking with my service consultant, Erik Eldorado. It was clear to me that South Pointe's service dept. had it all going on: It's a very well run, orderly, efficient (and clean) operation. (In fact, I found out the trading symbol for the parent company (it's GPI) because I thought I might want to invest in it.) Finally, I talked with South Pointe's excellent service mgr. Randy Strawn, who made sure I was happy with my service experience. He made it clear that South Pointe would value me as a repeat customer. I definitely will be! More

new Odyssey We went in to buy an 8 passenger vehicle, we have 5 kids in carseats. Josh was very helpful in finding us something that was prefect for us. We needed something that could hold all our kids, stuff and tow our rv. Even though I was set on a Pilot, the Odyssey turned out to be way better for our needs. Josh took his time to help me get the one I wanted, we had a tow package put on the next week. They gave me a loaner van during this time as well. Car shopping with 5 little kids is not a fun activity but Josh helped make it less stressful during the whole process. We are very happy with our new car, the kids love it and I show it off to my friends. I will recommend Josh at South Pointe Honda to other local foster families in the Tulsa and Owasso area. More

The color Fit I wanted was not on the lot, but they got it there within hours and gave me a courtesy call when it arrived. There weren't any long, drawn-out waits (I have previously spent HOURS at other dealerships in the past when buying a car). Everything was handled efficiently and fairly and everyone was friendly. Chris Buck was extremely patient as we decided to look at several different vehicles, and it was late in the evening. We also felt like he was working on our behalf to help us get the best deal possible, knowing that we had driven over an hour to get to the dealership. We felt like he was honest about everything he explained and also in answering all of our questions. Would definitely recommend him to any of our friends and family. The finance manager we worked with, Fabian Vasquez, was extremely knowledgeable and gave us several different extended warranty options to consider. Again, it was late in the evening, but we never felt rushed, and actually had an enjoyable experience in the finance area. We told him what we were and were not interested in, and he immediately attempted to meet those needs, but was not attempting to push us into a deal we didn't want. This was the first time ever that my wife and I have left a dealership feeling really good about the entire experience. More
