Best car buying experience I've ever had Every person I dealt with was very courteous and eager to assist me. Bob is by far the best sales person I've ever dealt with on ANY purchase (even outside of vehicles). He was quick to point out work that was needed on the vehicle and asked the right questions to find out exactly what it was I was looking for in a vehicle. The car we were looking for is somewhat of a rare find and was the only one within 400 miles. Even though it had extremely low miles, this car had a few minor cosmetic issues that I wanted to be corrected before we purchased. Bob went through the process of doing a "We Owe" on the vehicle with me and was very organized through the entire process. He asked several times if there was anything else that I'd like to see fixed on the vehicle before we got down to the numbers. For the first time in my life I accepted the first deal the dealership brought out to me. After some heavy research I found that the deal was just under book value, with them giving me a trade-in value that was inline with the actual value of our current car. When I was ready to accept the offer and start the paper work on the vehicle, Bob thoroughly explained to me everything that I was signing and made sure I was comfortable with what I was agreeing to. If you're reading this, you probably already know that this is rare in a the car business. I did all of the Finance paperwork with Fabian. He was awesome as well. He gave me my options on extended warranties and protection plans. He wasn't pushy at all. We were finished within about 20-25 minutes and I was on my way. The most important part of this review is something that you don't often see at dealerships. Bob has provided me with outstanding service after the sale. He's in contact with me daily to give me updates on the work that's being done as part of the "We Owe". He made sure that we received a loaner vehicle that was as close as possible to what we purchased. Again, the best car buying experience I've ever had. Though we typically buy new cars, anytime I'm in the market the first person I call will be Bob Wise. I'd recommend doing business with him no matter what dealership he's working at. Happy with my experience. I came in on Friday just previewing the CRV. I was upfront that I wasn't buying that day. I was given a written amount for my trade-in and the cost of the new vehicle, but was not pressured to buy right then. Prices were guaranteed for several days. I came back on Sat, drove the vehicle again then purchased it. Six days later, an old white car side swiped my CRV leaving white paint and a big scratch. I took it back to the dealer, obviously upset. My salesman, Eric Taylor asked what was wrong, told him. He had me take a seat and said he would see what they could do. An hour later, there were no sign that the CRV had ever been damaged in any way. Surprisingly there was no charge. I was so happy to have it looking like new again. Great Service! More

Later I visited to South Pointe, just to enquire about the Honda accord cost for the 2015 model, but they have treated very well and they had given enough information and very good offer too. Now, I purchased the Honda accord from South Pointe and really glad about that. Especially, I want to Thank Mr. Steven Moore for his Extra Ordinary Support.!... They are an outstanding team and made my car buy experience a breeze. Everything was made clear to me with no games, I truly believe I could not have gotten a better deal in Tulsa. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and I will continue to buy from them as long as I live in this area. Erik Schwartz was easy to talk to and didn't try any unnecessary pressure tactics. A salesman with a good personality goes a long way in my opinion. Thanks Erik. Ryan set a great price. Lacking Customer Service I recently found a vehicle located at South Pointe Honda via AutoTrader that my wife and I were very interested in. I called requesting more informat I recently found a vehicle located at South Pointe Honda via AutoTrader that my wife and I were very interested in. I called requesting more information and more pictures (as there were only 3 available on their website) since we would have to drive from Kansas to Tulsa to test drive and possibly purchase this Equinox. I was told a request was placed into their system for additional pictures and I should receive by the next day. After not receiving the pictures the following day, I called again and was again told they would check on the request and make sure we received the pictures by the following morning. After another full day passing without any pictures or communication from this dealership, I again called and explained the situation and was again promised they would send pictures and then follow up with a phone call. That was 3 days ago. No pictures. No calls. What we did get, however, was different vehicle from a different dealership that actually had customer service. More
