Warren "Tre" worked it out to get the trade we desired and Jay Hamblin was the sales representative. Both individuals were very professional and courteous. What stood out about Jay Hamblin was his passion and knowledge for the Honda brand. He described not only the features of the vehicle in great detail that we were interested, but also all the other vehicles when I asked him if he could describe them. My wife and I started laughing because he got so excited and passionate as he was describing all the features of each vehicle. One would have thought that it was Christmas and that it was he that was getting the car and not us. I told him that we don't need Google when we have him to answer our questions. It was truly a pleasure to deal with South Ponte Honda. It was definitely a "no pressure" dealership and we actually enjoyed the experience. We highly recommend South Pointe Honda and Jay Hamblin and will definitely refer business his way. It's been a week and he has already followed up with us to make sure that we were satisfied and if he could answer any questions for us. I told him we couldn't be more satisfied with our purchase. The only problem I foresee is my wife letting me take it for a spin. She seems to have claimed ownership. More

Everything went very smooth except having to wait for 2 months but that WAS NOT THE DEALERSHIPS FAULT. Jay went over the whole vehicle with me before I pulled it off the parking lot which was a tremendous help. Very friendly and had a little fun while filling out paper work. Very good experience for me and my wife and we have never bought a car from a dealership before. The next car I buy will more than likely be a Honda and I hope Jay is still there because I would definitely ask for him again. More
