Gave me a brief overview of the vehicle I was about to drive, tossed me the keys and worked on getting a trade-in value for my current vehicle. By the time I returned from my short test drive he had all necessary paperwork ready. He worked hard to negotiate a higher trade-in value with his manager so I could feel better about my purchase and I drove off with my car on my birthday! As luck would have it, the out of state SUV could not be delivered by our deadline and we ended up purchasing the SUV from Jay. A few days after the sale, Jay helped me with a programming question related to the DVD player in the SUV. His sales manager even gave me the car to drive to pick up kiddos before the sale was final.
