Easiest Sales Experience I’ve Ever Had My first contact was via internet. My wife and I largely knew what we were looking for, so I checked inventory on-line at several regional dealers. Even though none had exactly what I wanted, Steve Davis, the internet sales manager at South Pointe, invited us in for a test drive and to further define our desires. At that point we worked with him and then Steven Moore as our direct salesman. Both were extremely courteous and easy to deal with. Steven Moore searched to locate what we were looking for and had it brought in for us, in the meantime giving us test rides in similar vehicles. He worked with us through the negotiations and the paperwork, and then handed us the keys to the vehicle. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was very courteous and eager to help out. Altogether an easy and actually enjoyable experience. For anyone looking for a vehicle I would highly recommend Honda as a vehicle, South Pointe Honda as a dealer, and Steven Moore as a salesman. We drove 4 hours from Little Rock and would do it again! Our family was looking to replace our son's older BMW with a more dependable pre-owned Accord for college and after looking for weeks around Little Ro Our family was looking to replace our son's older BMW with a more dependable pre-owned Accord for college and after looking for weeks around Little Rock, we extended our search to Tulsa and we are really glad we did. From our first call to Vu Le at the dealership, to working with Bob Wise on the sale over the phone and in person, to Bill Jordan with the financing…it was all a pleasant and seamless process. After letting Vu know what we were looking for, he directed us to Bob Wise. Bob was able to answer all the questions we had about the pre-owned car before we committed to the 222 mile drive to see it for the first time. He was careful to go over everything about it to make sure it was worth our time. We were pretty particular to color and interior features and we were looking for a well cared for one-owner Accord. Bob was able to give us every detail over the phone. He even drove it for me to "feel the brakes and front end". I'm not normally a big review writer or a survey taker, but I thought I needed to share our 100% positive experience with South Pointe Honda. The only thing better than talking to Bob over the phone was meeting him in person and making the deal. He helped us predict our payments and had us completely ready for the financing process with Bill, which brought about a payment that was 50-dollars less than what I had hoped to receive. I am very happy that we found South Pointe Honda in Tulsa, and if we ever are in the market for another Honda, new or used…we'll call Bob first. Take it from an Arkansas buyer, South Pointe Honda in Tulsa is well worth the Muskogee TurnPike toll :-) More
