Now I don't normally take the time to go online and provide comments and ratings, but I must share this was an outstanding experience. Josh McNeil made the car buying process a delightful, easy, breezy experience. His product knowledge was excellent and one could easily see that his goal was to ensure the customer (my sister) received exactly what she wanted. He provided fast and factual information, was very professional, and we weren't in the dealership all day haggling and being "run through the ringer". My sister received a fair price for her trade-in, a fair price on the brand new vehicle, excellent incentives and interest rate, and do-able monthly payment. In addition, the F&I gentleman, Bill Jordan, came OUT of his office and actually reviewed the details of the sale with my sister before he started the contract paperwork, so there wouldn't be any mistakes or blunders. This process was also very simple and easy and we were out of there in no time. There was no "wrangling" my sister into products or services she didn't need or want. Bill knew his job well, and answered her questions with facts, correct figures, and no fuss. My sister got exactly what she wanted. Pleasant, No-Stress, Josh McNeil was Cordial and Professiona Before visiting South Pointe Honda, I had tried to purchase a car at another dealership (which I won't name) - I came in, did a test drive, liked the Before visiting South Pointe Honda, I had tried to purchase a car at another dealership (which I won't name) - I came in, did a test drive, liked the car and we started negotiating the price. I had told them what my budget was, and that I wanted to negotiate for the out-the-door price (aka what I write on the check), and we agreed on a price. Afterwards, they tried every scummy trick in the book to bump that price up: oh you don't qualify for a rebate, oh you only get this price if you finance, oh sorry we didn't know you meant sales tax was included in the "out-the-door price", etc. Just disgusting. Afterwards, I called South Pointe Honda about one of their listings and offered a price over the phone, and they accepted. When I got there in person, Josh McNeil welcomed me in, and we immediately got to business - at no point did he try to jack up the price, he was always cordial and kind, and it really made for a pleasant, no-stress, no-pressure experience. Unlike some other car dealerships, South Pointe Honda will stand by the price that they offer you, and I had no qualms about buying a new 2015 Honda Civic that day. More
