Josh was very informative, made sure I understood the process, understood the value of the product. I think I test drove 5 cars, we spent basically the whole day together. His attitude stayed consistently positive the entire day, he was patient and not pushy. I can't thank him enough for the time and care he gave to detail on my first major purchase. This was a huge deal to me, he sells cars everyday but still paid much attention to detail. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had and more. Purchase of a 15' Odyssey Elite I had done about 2 days worth of research calling and emailing dealers getting bottom dollar price not just in tulsa but in OKC and Texas. The initial bottom dollar was comparable to others. The thing that that made us go to southpoint was the inventory. They had 6 Odyssey's in stock and we wanted to compare elites next to tourings. So once there Jay was on the ball, honest and if he didn't know the answer right then he went and found it out right away, which he knew 98% of our questions. He opened up 4 of the vans and just let us look and get in and out with out any pressure, he answered questions and just waited. 2hrs later we started talking price, I showed him my research and to my surprise he had matched the best price that i had found in OKC and had beat it by making some other adjustments. Over all it was great no hassle deal. Through out the dealing there was no pressure. Will deal with again. More
