I would recommend this dealership because of Salesman Jay! Jay Hamblin was an excellent salesman who worked diligently finding me a car that fit my needs. I would recommend him for future sales. I did not understand through finance that it could take up to 20 days to pay off my existing loan. So now I am paying interest on my original loan until payoff and interest on my new loan. I am not happy with that. I made 7 calls thru the switchboard seeking Paul in finance only to be put thru to voice mail each time I called until the 7th straight call. For some reason the girl at the switchboard could not understand my need to speak with a person as requested. Jay Hamblin is a good salesman. He knows the products well. It is too bad that the girl on the phone at the main number to South Pointe doesn't answer the phone sometimes for 10-12 rings and sends people to repeated voice mail when asked not to do so. I felt like I was on a repeat dial to South Pointe over and over. More

These included data on tires and brakes. They also washed the car before returning it. Currently the only thing provided is the bill for the service. More

Jay showed us the exl's on the lot. Pointing out all the features of each pilot. The total time to give us the valvue of our tradin and the selling price of the pilot was very fast. Both my wife and I was very pleased with how helpful Jay and the sales manager were. I would recommend family and friends to shop South Pointe Honda. The finance officer was very polite and helpful.In short everyone a meet was outstanding. FIVE STAR rating for all. More

I especially want to brag on Service director, Jeffrey Cantrell with advisors Russell Donahue and Erik Eldorado! They went above and beyond taking care of my 2008 Honda Odyssey! First of all, I have always been treated with friendliness, kindness and respect when I have gone for my services over the years. They communicate clearly regarding any repairs that I need and explain the costs involved. They are also efficient and service my van in a timely manner. I have not seen hidden fees thrown in and the pricing has been fair. About a year ago, I had a little longer wait. They apologized and gave me a free oil change. They have always been courteous! I had a recall on my 2008 and they could have chosen to band-aid the issue, but at substantial cost to Honda and South-Pointe, they chose to replace my engine. WOW!!! Honda, South-Pointe really came through for our family and provided amazing service for our car! We are so grateful for the courtesy and meticulous care from South-Pointe’s team!
