We new that our tires would have to be replaced soon but it was great to have them tell us that the treads were now low. So they gave me a quick estimate to replace the tires and added a coupon that made the price a great deal. In less than two hours the oil was changed, had all new tires installed, had a 4 wheel alignment and the car was washed. Love the fact that I can get everything done in one trip. More

A Young Man with a True future in Business, Erik Eldorado. Today was a nice day for this VETERAN. Erik Eldorado was exceptionally nice to me and his friendly demeanor allowed me to open up about my difficult Today was a nice day for this VETERAN. Erik Eldorado was exceptionally nice to me and his friendly demeanor allowed me to open up about my difficult experience in Kandahar, Afghanistan while mobilized there as a nurse caring for the wounded warriors of Operation Enduring Freedom. A War that is still going on after 13+ years. Erik couldn't give me a Military Discount for my Auto Service today but he could give me a smile and promise to forward my request to help future veterans who service their vehicles at this Honda. He did actually find a way to reduce my cost a little (not sure how he did it) Hope he doesn't get in trouble for my admittance of his kind ACT. Nurses aren't always paid what they are worth, so he did help me. Thanks so much for your warm welcome for this one military member and advise for future vehicle with Honda. Russell Donahue is GREAT!!!!! I had and appointment on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 3:30pm for an oil change. I recently moved to Tulsa, OK and so I really do not know my way aroun I had and appointment on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 3:30pm for an oil change. I recently moved to Tulsa, OK and so I really do not know my way around. I pulled up at about 3:35pm and they closed at 4pm. Russell helped me. He was really kind and nice. After the service was completed. I he gave me some information about Tulsa, and we talked about my vehicle in particular. I will defintely go back to get my major maintenace done in a couple of weeks. Russell reminded me of a cousin. He was very personable, informative and straight forward. I really enjoyed my visit. They advised that they were going to get remodeled. Jokingly I asked were they getting Starbucks and he said it is going to be a state of the art cafe with Starbucks. I WAS TOTALLY EMPRESSED. I asked them about the survey because I wanted to make sure that they got a good rating for the awesome customer service they provided me. They have a customer for my entire tenure in Tulsa. More

Eric helped me find my perfect Honda CRV! I went by South Pointe Honda to look at the CRV's. I met Eric Taylor. I was honest and let him know I was going to look at a competitor's options. I came back at 8;45pm the next night. I bought the CRV! Again, Eric was fun. He was easy to joke with and he made me feel relaxed. I didn't finish with all the paper work until late. Eric talked with me to find the best day for me to come in and learn about my new CRV. I came in the following Saturday and Eric went through how to use all the fancy things on my CRV. He never made me feel like I was using up too much of his time or like I was asking silly questions.
