South Pointe Honda is my favorite dealership. I bought my car there and had all my service performed there. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation appointment scheduled for 7am (which was the earliest option) and showed up on time. Once there, it was heavily overbooked and 8 other cars were already in line. I was told 1:30 hour wait and instead waited over 2:30 for simple maintenance I could have done in 45 minutes. Worst of all, the car was finished within 1:30 hours but they needed to do warranty paper work and all that was needed was my address and it would be done promptly. And after that I waited another hour with my car already having been done. I had to go up to the service desk and confront them just to get it finished up. More
May 31, 2025 Gabe Huffman was the service advisor for my 2012 Pilot. He was prompt to greet me for my 7:00 appointment. I noticed his thoroughness to make sure all my requests and concerns were noted and ad 2012 Pilot. He was prompt to greet me for my 7:00 appointment. I noticed his thoroughness to make sure all my requests and concerns were noted and addressed appropriately. I asked him to make sure the recommended spark plug change was necessary, and after he checked with the mechanic, his response aligned with Honda’s maintenance schedule based on my quick research. I mentioned needing to bring my wife’s vehicle in next weekend and that I’m shopping for tires. He gave me his direct number and encouraged me to reach out to make sure they had my choice of tire ready to go. He also walked me through which route to go with replacing 2 or all 4 tires based on the model of Pilot. Gabe is the ideal advisor and I’m looking forward to working with him again. Oh, and I always enjoy the complimentary donuts! More
