Update it is the 19th and we are still waiting for our vehicle.. Its been a nightmare to say the least. We only seem to get offered any help after we show our frustration. There has been zero initiative in taking care of us. It was only after escalating to management that they offered to make things right. The offer helped but the sentiment isn't the same. We feel frustrated and disappointed in the buying process

As we've reached end of business on the 24th, it's become abundantly clear that our purchase experience has been marred by egregious delays. Despite being provided a loaner vehicle a week after the initial purchase, we've been left waiting for three weeks to take possession of our vehicle. Our attempts to escalate this issue have yielded a paltry offer of $451 towards our first payment, a sum that hardly compensates for the inconvenience and frustration we've endured. We're left feeling disenfranchised and coerced into retaining a vehicle that, frankly, we've sought to relinquish on multiple occasions. Our experience has been nothing short of disheartening, leaving us questioning the efficacy of the sales process.
