Their on line service app wasn’t working so I called for an appt. While in the customer waiting area/lounge there was a constant flow of dealership employees eating the donuts-some used their bare hands to an appt. While waiting all I could here’s was a salesman talking about his Covid experience last week. He didn’t bother with a mask. Took nearly 2 hours for a simple oil change with an appointment. Service advisor only reviewed the cost. When I reviewed the inspection report it indicated I needed rear brakes immediately and front brakes soon. It also said my tire tread depth would need attention soon. These are new tires with less than 8,000 miles on them. Follow up calls about the service are always “if you give up the best rating the next oil change is on us”. They didn’t earn it this time More

I purchased a 2015 Mustang from South Pointe Honda, Tulsa. They told me that they had replaced the clutch and transmission before I purchased the car. The problem is that they didn't properly reattach Tulsa. They told me that they had replaced the clutch and transmission before I purchased the car. The problem is that they didn't properly reattach the carrier bearing. We suddenly started hearing loud banging when starting up from a stop. I thought it was the exhaust system so I took it to a muffler shop. When the technician put the car on the lift, he immediately had me come back to see what he had found. The carrier bearing had no bolts holding it up. When starting from a stop it would bang against the bottom of the car and the exhaust system. It broke all the welds on the pipes. It cost me $600.00 to replace the exhaust system because of South Pointe's incompetence. To top it off, they had supposedly replaced an oxygen sensor that was causing the check engine light to continually be on. What did they really do? They disabled the check engine light. Now I won't know if there is a problem that needs to be checked. More
