To be honest, the only way you could ever earn my trust is as follows. 1. Reverse the disabling of the engine light. 2. Fix the real problem that is causing the error. You all knew this was a problem and lied to me. Mechanics have told me that this can be resolved by installing the proper program on the car's computer. 3. Reimburse me for the repairs to my exhaust system caused by your failure to properly attach the carrier bearing. (I will provide the receipt for the $600 it cost me.) 4. Check to make sure the carrier bearing will not come loose again. (The service tech at the muffler shop says that the threads were damaged and the bolts will probably back out again.) This is a safety issue. If the carrier bearing comes loose again, while I am driving down the road, the driveshaft could drop and cause even more severe damage.
