I purchased my shocks on June 24 because there weren’t any in stock. No one called to say they were in. I called. I made an appointment last night online. I came in at 1pm. I sat there 2.5 hours and text any in stock. No one called to say they were in. I called. I made an appointment last night online. I came in at 1pm. I sat there 2.5 hours and text Matthew, how much longer is it going to be. He called me back 30 minutes later and told me it was going to be tomorrow before it was done. I said what. He said no one came and talked to you. I said no one has said anything to me. I am in the waiting room for 3 hours to find out I could have gone home 3 hours ago. He asked if I lived close and I said no, I live almost in Inola. He said that was too far. I said I didn’t even eat lunch because it wasn’t going to take very long. I need my car to get home. If someone had told me anything about how long it would take I would have made arrangements to leave the car or get a ride home. No one ever came to me, emailed me, or text me to say anything about the time it was going to take. I asked when I bought the shocks how long and how much it would cost to have them put on since I was purchasing them ahead of time. I was told not very long to install and about $60 dollars to install.. if I had got the correct information when I purchased the shocks or told that I needed to talk to a human to schedule the installation I would have. I did not see the 10% off of the labor charges. More
