I was very, very disappointed by the level of service and care I was given. I have brought my three different Hondas to you since New for several years… This time I had three known issues that I called ahead care I was given. I have brought my three different Hondas to you since New for several years… This time I had three known issues that I called ahead of time reserved an appointment at 7:30 in the morning over the phone I asked on the phone if they would have time to take care of it that day she said most likely but as long as you’re here by your appointment time, I got there 15 minutes and then called me a Lyft to get a ride home just as the guy pulled up to take me home and it came out and told me that they were too booked up to take care of my car that day and they would need it an additional day . They would be completed the following day because they wouldn’t look at it until then. They said if I’ve got there at seven in the morning it would’ve been a different story but people were in front of me and I said three days ago and reserve this appointment and they told me it’s first come first serve that doesn’t matter… Very disappointed with the level of serve this I received the gentleman that helped me was apologetic and kind but said there is nothing that could be done. I’m not sure I’ll be back. More
