I’ve had my car serviced here multiple times and have been so happy every visit. Customer service is always friendly and helpful, scheduling is easy, and their prices are very reasonable. They’re also quick and accommodating even when I choose to wait. Deena is usually my service rep and she’s amazing every time. Highly recommend! More
Good experience with the service department. Price is fair. My only complaint is with the communication as to what was going on with my vehicle and the time it took. Price is fair. My only complaint is with the communication as to what was going on with my vehicle and the time it took. More
I already paid way too much for a car that turned out not to have a functional AC/heater or stereo. A year later when the starter needed to be replaced, it would have cost almost $1,200. It cost me $350 to h to have a functional AC/heater or stereo. A year later when the starter needed to be replaced, it would have cost almost $1,200. It cost me $350 to have someone else do it. They are poor about communication and rude in person. Negative 10 stars. More
I had a very poor experience in the service department at South Point. I came in for a scheduled appointment on a Thursday at 3:30PM. Due to the late appointment I anticipated possibly having to leave it ove South Point. I came in for a scheduled appointment on a Thursday at 3:30PM. Due to the late appointment I anticipated possibly having to leave it overnight. I got very little communication for about an hour before I asked what I should do. They said they probably couldn't get to it today, so it would be smart to go ahead and leave. I got 0 communication all day Friday, so I called at 4PM. No one could update me or give me information, but I was promised a call back. No call. Saturday morning I called again, and was promised a call back by 5PM. No call. I called at 6PM and wouldn't get off the phone until I got an update. I learned that my car had been sitting all day Saturday since the tech that started the project on Friday was off work. I was shocked, but knew I wasn't getting my car, so I asked for a loaner vehicle. I was told they could if I could get there 20 minutes or less! That was impossible for me, so I had to go Easter Sunday and Monday morning without a car. Monday I finally got good communication but couldn't afford another day of Uber. I asked them to put my car back together so I could pick it up. The people that did finally communicate with me were kind and professional, however, going days without my car and no communication is not appropriate, so they lost my business permanently. While my car was in service I got a text offer of $11,000 for my vehicle. I had planned to take them up on this offer if the repairs were too expensive. Instead, I went to another dealership and got $12,000 as a trade in. I will not return to South Point Honda due to the bad communication and how it hurt me financially to have to uber for days.
