Pulled in a few minutes before my service appt, and no one met me. Had to find someone inside. Finally got help. No one checked on us for over an hour and a half, before an admin in sales asked if anyone had come and met with us. She tried to track down the service dept manager. She said he would meet with us, but never came. Approved services over my phone because no one came and talked to me, then after 3 and a half hours my van was done. We got in, and the very issue that brought us in was still occurring, yet we were told they took it on a test drive before handing us the keys. We ended up having to come back in the next morning, were out of a vehicle for another 3 hours. No loaner vehicle, but they did send a Lyft to bring me back to the dealership to pick my van up and pay even more money. I wanted to like South Pointe, but it was just a poorly run service department, and their mechanics are apparently limited in what they can and cannot do on Honda vehicles, thus why we had to return the next day. I won’t return. More

Two hours later they finished. Checked the dipstick to make sure it was clean oil. Seems good. Probably will return in the future but not on Saturday. Great price! St Patrick’s day special. More

I am a Viet Nam Veteran and a senior citizen so I am glad Honda does send me discount coupons for various car services. I only have one car at home so I usually wait during the services to be completed. The customer waiting area has comfortable chairs, free beverages, morning doughnuts. You can watch TV or use complementary computers to check your e-mail. If you have a smartphone, you can text your “rep” about your service and be alerted when the job is done. When I report to pay for service, the “rep” always goes through the detailed bill with me. If there are any items that need to be watched for future maintenance you are informed. After paying they make sure to drive my car close to the door so I don’t have to walk with my cane so far…something I appreciate as a Senior Citizen with a hip replacement. Yes, courteous, friendly, respectful and professional employees bring me back for service time and time again! More
Never had any communication from the tech or service advisor about the service recommendations on my vehicle. Didn’t appreciate the footprint on the floor carpet.
