I didn’t buy my car at this dealership, but I can assume the sales and management are just as bad as the service department. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, due to the cold, the tir the sales and management are just as bad as the service department. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, due to the cold, the tires needed air. After waiting over an hour for my car, I was surprised to get in and the tires were still low. Way to do the very least, South Pointe. Last time I got an oil change it took more than two hours. I guess I start using Jiffy Lube to save time and still get the same service! More
