Took my car for a full work up service. Communication was super tough. 12 phone calls back and forth over a 3 hr period of trying to figure out where my “courtesy ride” was. The system seemed to be having issues which I totally understand. What I don’t understand is why I could never get the service department to answer during all of this and why when they’d say they’d call me right they never would. They worked with me in the end by bringing the car to me which I appreciate. Sophie in sales was the nicest person and I appreciate her patience when I kept having to call her line to get someone. Unrelated to the communication issue, drop off was easy. I was super shocked that almost $800 service bill doesn’t include a vacuuming. Even Jiffy Lube does that. We will chalk it up to a learning experience and move on. More

April Widener was fantastic. She explained everything very well. They repaired my AC and my backup camera. While there waiting for the camera part.
