This purchase started differently than past purc ...Shout out to the staff at Group 1, South Pointe Honda for another great Honda purchase experience. This purchase started differently than past purchases. Rather than using TrueCar as a starting point, I used AI to identify Ridgelines in my area. AI identified the vehicles rated as good buys making the process easier. The South Pointe Ridgeline was one identified. Considering South Pointe can be attributed to Matt Fazendine, South Pointe Service Advisor. Matt had been my advisor for years on my previous Hondas and is extremely good at his job and customer service. (See previous reviews below) Matt referred me to Sales Professional, Ed Smutt. Ed did a great job throughout the entire process. Ed is very knowledgeable of the Honda product, addressed all questions, communicated clearly and provided a no pressure during that difficult decision process. Sales Manager, Ryan provided clear pricing options and addressed any pricing concerns. Finance Director Austin Jester, was extremely professional, communicated options and made a normally stressful process extremely easy and stress free. In the end, it was a great shopping, sales and delivery process. I look forward to continuing to work with Matt in future service needs. Good job by all. Thanks! More

First off this is the Honda dealership to go to if your looking for a family vibe. From the moment I pulled into the service bay, until I left I left 9 hours later, I was treated like FAMILY. Deana in the looking for a family vibe. From the moment I pulled into the service bay, until I left I left 9 hours later, I was treated like FAMILY. Deana in the service dept went above and beyond to ensure my van was safe to drive for my animals and I. Martin, the best mechanic at South Pointe, looked over my van from top to bottom. He found every issue wrong, and fixed it head on like the BOSS he is. Martin got my van back to 100% and on the road. Deana did everything in her power to make sure I can pay full amount, by offering in house financing. That really saved the day for me. This dealership has an amazing team behind them. Everyone who worked here treated my animals and I with respect, professionalism, and politeness. They changed my perspective on bringing my van to a dealership, and made a lifelong customer.
