Based on past experience with your organization, I have no illusions about your sincerity or your ability to address my issues. The carrier bearing was damaged due to your service department's inability to fasten it to the car properly after replacing the transmission and clutch. And your service advisor said that you don't have the tools to do the job. I gave the receipt for the damages, which included a statement by the muffler shop concerning the carrier bearing, to the service advisor. (I do have a copy) Since I bought the car from you, you already have my contact information. If you REALLY want to resolve this you will look up that information and contact me. Tim was the salesman. The car was purchased in February of this year. It is a 2015 Ford Mustang. John Hall
