No Customer Service In December I went to Southpointe Honda to give them paperwork and fee to transfer a warranty to the buyer of my 2016 HR-V. I met with Finance guy Wi In December I went to Southpointe Honda to give them paperwork and fee to transfer a warranty to the buyer of my 2016 HR-V. I met with Finance guy Will, who took my paperwork and transfer fee. Per the information I had from Honda, the transfer would be handled within 30 days. On January 13th, 5 weeks after giving Will the paperwork, and having confirmed with the buyer of the HR-V that she had not received the warranty paperwork, I called Will. I first called his office number, no return call, then I called his cell phone, no return call. I happened to be in the area of Southpointe that afternoon and decided to stop by and talk with Will in person. When I asked him about the status of the transfer, he said he didn't know, and "that's above my pay grade". He left his office and talked with director David, who was to submit the paperwork. Upon his return he advised that David just sent in the paperwork the week of January 6th, four weeks after I gave it to them. I asked about how to inquire about the status of the transfer, and Will got on his computer to look up an 800 number for ME to call, rather than offering to find out the status and get back with me. As he was looking up a phone number, I asked him why I should be following up with Honda, since it was he and David that dropped the ball and waited 4 weeks to submit the paperwork. His response was that if I continued with an "attitude" to get out of his office (I did not raise my voice or use profanity, just raised the question as to why it was my responsibility to do their job). I was dumbfounded by his response, and he repeated several times to get out of his office if I continued with an "attitude". This is an almost unbelievable lack of customer service, and without any effort to assist a customer who has purchased 2 Hondas from Southpointe in 4 years. And certainly no remorse or apology as to their delay in submitting the paperwork. And, by the way, Will did not even give me the correct phone number to follow-up myself. As another reviewer mentioned about his experience, if you get good service, consider yourself lucky. If you don't, I wouldn't be surprised. More

We went that evening and Steve greeted us immediately once we asked for him. In that he is a Sales Managet he introduced us to Eric Taylor, who greeted us with a smile and hand shake. Eric took us on a test drive and gave us an excellent overview of the key qualities of the C R V we were driving. Eric was very professional in finding us a car that we liked and had it ready for us to look at and had it parked at the front door of the dealership. My wife and I were treated very well and were very happy with the entire experience. I will conclude, that we were given a fair deal arriving at our purchase price and we are enjoying our new Honda. I will definitely suggest to my friends that they visit Sputh Pointe Honda when they want to purchase a vehicle.. More
