Honda CRV Search Southpointe Honda was our 1st choice. We liked the 2018 CRV altho it didn't have the bells and whistles of my wife's Lexus RX 350. We didn't get what Southpointe Honda was our 1st choice. We liked the 2018 CRV altho it didn't have the bells and whistles of my wife's Lexus RX 350. We didn't get what we wanted for trade-in so we opted to shop a little more. We were looking at several different makes and models and for one reason or another did not like the lack of accessories( AWD) body style (too large). We also really liked the new 2018 Honda CRV. Then Steve with South Pointe called and made a satisfactory offer for our trade-in and we took it. We're very satisfied with the dealership. Justin our salesman and Steve were great. I would highly recommend South Pointe Honda. More

Worst experience fter our family vehicle was totaled this last summer, we decided to give South Pointe Honda a try. Worst Mistake! I wish I would have looked at the wa fter our family vehicle was totaled this last summer, we decided to give South Pointe Honda a try. Worst Mistake! I wish I would have looked at the warning signs and not follow through with the purchase. We saw a GMC Acadia online, so went to SPH to look at it. They had just gotten it and hadn't fully went through it, so they took us into the garage to look at it. We test drove it and found little things wrong, but they assured they would fix them. We decided to purchase. We even spent an extra $2,500 on a warrant that covers "anything the oil touches." After purchasing, it took around a month to actually get the car. Each time they would call for us to get it, we would drive it and the check engine light would come on, or this grinding noise would continue to happen, so we would turn around and take it back. They replaced a couple spark plugs and told us with it being a used vehicle, the Check Engine light would just be on but that they thoroughly checked it out, and hooked it up to the computer for diagnostics. This happened multiple times. I needed this vehicle that I was paying for, so I when they assured me that everything was alright, I agreed with them and took the car home. WORST MISTAKE! I'm a mom that works a lot, and I have a commute between taking my children to school and work. I have had the vehicle not even 6 months, besides the grinding noise, it has now begun to not shift while going down the highway, and saying reduced engine power. I took it into SPH Chevy (per SPH request) I'm told that so far, all spark plugs and coils are misfiring, and that there is a big oil leak. It took 6 days for them to get in contact with my warranty company. I'm now being told that my warranty does not cover any of this and that it will be an extra $1,600 atleast. How does that happen in less than 6 months!? I have talked to managers so many times. Nothing is being done, this has been the biggest pain and the worst customer service experience from the very beginning. Now I'm stuck paying for this lemon of a car, and its become risky to drive my children in. This was my primary vehicle, something that I'm supposed to trust having my children is but it turns out to just be a lemon. I do not recommend SPH, they are definitely salesmen that take advantage where they can and will sell you "warranties" just to make an extra buck. More
