He let me know what was available as far as options, colors, etc. He went above and beyond and let me test drive and see different outlanders. He was extremely knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction as to what I was looking for and needed. He was always available and helped me get exactly what I wanted in my price range. Working with Mimi for the purchase of the car was also a fantastic experience. She was so friendly and helpful. She even took the time to show me how to operate everything in my new car including setting up my Bluetooth. She made me feel very comfortable making this experience a positive one. I was pressured into buying the car I previously owned from a dealership and only had it for 2 or 3 months. I worked with Rich Lafaire and he let us test drive the cars we wanted and didn't pressure us at all. I told him about the bad experience I had with buying my previous car and he offered to cover the loan on my car. He also got me around the same monthly payments. I am now driving a 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer and I love it! More
