Hi Thomas, We understand your frustration regarding our out of region sales policy, and we are eagerly awaiting a change in inventory levels that allows us to resume our out of region business. Unfortunately because of the shortage of used vehicles being felt across the country, at present we do limit sales to Oregon, Idaho and Washington in order to better serve our neighbors. Unfortunately, being outside of that region, we were unable to help you. We have been in business for 26 years with a reputation for transparency and honesty, even when it's a tough conversation, and we pride ourselves on our courtesy and professionalism. We wish you the best of luck in your vehicle search and we hope with you that soon we'll be able to once again offer our vehicles coast to coast.

We have a different perspective on how our interactions went, and I assure you it was never our intention for a moment to do anything other than help you as we have hundreds of other bankruptcy clients repair their credit and have a reliable vehicle as a resource. When the issues began with your Patriot we were happy to assist you with paying for repairs because we believe that a company should stand behind the products it sells. We were also flexible with the payment schedule we arranged with you for your down payment, since we understand that circumstances change and we believe that our customers should come first. As you mentioned we went to work with you on both the transmission issue and the tire concerns you had, and provided what assistance we could to resolve your concerns and get you back on the road. Financing a new vehicle so quickly after an initial purchase is often a difficult thing for a Finance team to achieve, and when we understood that was the direction you would like to go we assured you that we would make every effort to support that goal and would do our best to make it happen for you, but unfortunately given your circumstances we were limited in our options and could not find a way forward into a new vehicle. It seems our assurances to you that we would do our best to get you into something different came across as a promise that it absolutely would happen. Ensuring we have strong, clear communications with our customers is a priority for us, and we will work hard to improve in that area so that our customers have a better understanding of our capabilities and how we work to help.
