It was not until I realized that I HAD MADE THE MISTAKE about the date of service...one day early I was!!! Any way, Mr Brown was the bomb! Thanks to him and others throughout the dealership, I will be coming back a happy content Honda person, as I have since 1999. More

We had proof of insurance with a company we have had for years. They still brought the Insurance guy in to talk to us about rates. Went to financing where she wanted to present rates through honda financing. We were pre approved at a very low interest rate and no we already said "we already have financing". This isn't our first rodeo. We should have been able to walk in and pay for the car and drive off. 4 Hrs really? Our last honda we bought through honda solutions. They found our car we wrote a check and drove off. Easy.... Wasn't expecting 4 hrs!!!!! Love my Honda though, thank you More
The salesman was great but dealership has add-on issues I agreed to a purchase price and vehicle that had to be shipped in. After it arrived I was able to stop the addition of an expensive clear coat that I did not want. The response was "we do this to all over new vehicles". I got a $300 plus security sticker added on without my consent and I just didn't feel like arguing about it but I am not pleased. I put down a $500 deposit and made a verbal agreement to buy the vehicle that was brought in. You are not treating your customers fairly by not disclosing these expensive add-ons without consent. Not happy with that part. I used the Costco program to buy this vehicle because of the outstanding price and I intend to warn other about this practice at this dealership . More
Excellent Service Rich Roncevich was our Service Advisor. What I thought were issues turned out to be issues because of my lack of knowledge. Rich took me seriously and had each issue checked out.. He did not make me feel foolish for my lack of knowledge. Since it was close to getting the oil changed they did that at the same time and returned a clean car to me. More
