Purchased a used car that they claimed was in good mechanical condition. Had their own mechanic perform an inspection and he confirmed the condition. He specifically told me the coolant system was go mechanical condition. Had their own mechanic perform an inspection and he confirmed the condition. He specifically told me the coolant system was good with no leaks. When we got home we found out it had zero coolant in it. I would not trust them. Either they lied or are exceedingly bad at their job. More

In a short time all the paperwork was completed and I was headed back home in my new car. Great example of professionalism with assume customer service. I called 3/5 early afternoon to see if the 2010 Prius they had just received on trade was available. I was told it was and I said I would be on my way down to check it out. I received a call from a salesman 5 mins later stating the vehicle was actually being serviced in the shop and then would be detailed. He stated the work may be done today but if not then tomorrow. I asked him to please let me know if it was finished today to let me know and I would come down. He said he would no problem. Fast forward to the morning of 3/6 and I never heard anything back. I texted the dealer to see if the vehicle was still available and they stated it was SOLD last night! I am absolutely FURIOUS as I would have come down to purchase the vehicle beforehand if I knew it was still available as I had cash in hand. Poor communication, no interest in making a sale and an overall bad experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere as customer service here is NOT a priority. I am SO disappointed!! More
Service Department Sucks! I've brought my Mazda here 3 times. Twice for an oil change cuz of a coupon, once for a recall. Each time they changed my oil, they OVERFILLED the oil I've brought my Mazda here 3 times. Twice for an oil change cuz of a coupon, once for a recall. Each time they changed my oil, they OVERFILLED the oil past capacity. They also overtightened the oil drain plug and the oil filter. The first time they did this, I told them about it and asked them not to do it when I brought it in again for another oil change with coupon. Service guy assured me they wouldn't do that again. In fact, they stripped my oil drain plug and had to give me a new one. But they did do it again. My oil level was way past what it should be and both my drain plug and oil filter were torqued to the point where they were just about stripped again. I'll be doing my oil changes from now on, instead of coming back here. They might be great, customer service-wise, but not when it comes to being accountable or following through on doing things right. More

Thieves in Mazda Uniforms I brought in one of our vehicles for service. I was given a repair estimate of $991 by phone. I authorized repairs, but later thought I should do some I brought in one of our vehicles for service. I was given a repair estimate of $991 by phone. I authorized repairs, but later thought I should do some research since it seemed a little high. To my surprise several sources including RepairPal.com described the repairs as being worth 2-300. Worse yet I found out that my vehicle was on recall for the repair I had it to the dealer for. The recall doc described 0.4 hrs for diagnosis and 0.4 hrs for repair with $22.17 for the part. When I pointed these facts out to the estimator Monday morning he claimed the repair had already been completed and I would still need to pay the $991 no matter what the recall doc said. I asked why no repair sticker had been placed in the hood as the recall doc described or how he could be sure a repair occurred if they haven't even taken the old parts off yet. I ended up asking for an invoice for my oil change and took the vehicle to another dealer. The estimator frantically removed all traces of his repair estimate from my invoice which seemed strange. At the other dealer my vehicle was repaired under recall.... zero dollars and zero cents. I will NEVER set foot in this rip off dealer again. More
Disrespect My room mate works them. I'd normally say good things if asked. Without choice words, my review can he summed up in one word. NO!!!!! I worked with th My room mate works them. I'd normally say good things if asked. Without choice words, my review can he summed up in one word. NO!!!!! I worked with this guy named Kris. I guess he has been there a long time, but I don't know how. I have negative equity and I have credit that kills it. When he found out my trade doesn't run... he didn't want to have anything to do with me. He would have rather been beyond rude like he was (most likely purposefully) in order to push me out the door rather than try and help me. I have the money to pay for a car. I have the credit to pay for a car. Period. When he found out my trade didn't run, he was beyond rude to me. "Go to Dodge," he said. "I would love to sell you a car, but Mazda isn't the car you want if you're looking to eat up negative equity." "You didn't tell me it didn't run." "Do I have to explain this 19 times?!?!" "Go to Dodge." I could go on and on, but I won't. I left in tears. He didn't care or want to help. He'd have rather had someone else he'd make more money off of (and very possibly screwed over) in the seat across from him at his desk. The guy at the door (Wallace Thomas) tried to help me. As thankful as I was, it was too late. He tried telling me Kris has never seen this situation before when Kris sat right there and told me he's told a ton of other people to "go to Dodge because they have huge rebates and Mazda isn't the car to eat up negative equity." He knew. Point blank. He refused to take me on a test drive siting the fact that he didn't want me to fall in love with a car I couldn't afford. Um, no. Just, absolutely no. More
