Not pleased My service advisor was and is always awesome but the service I got otherwise was horrible and I won't be returning. I had to take my car to Lexus do to a horrible noise only to find out it was due to something Toyota did my husband brought the car back and they had not properly closed the door to my air filter unit. This was such a minor task that I no longer feel like I can trust I'll get quality service. Let me also add that when I called to make the appointment the girl said she would call me back because her system was down of course this never happened I had to call back I guess that should have been my sign!
