"Wait time "

The service i received was excellent but only after i talked to the service manger because of the wait time just to get an oil change. I made an appoint three day in advance just to be told I have a two to three hour wait that crazy. I ask to speak to the manager and he did take care of the issue and all was ok. But i do suggest that you tell your customers up front that it gonna take 2 to 3 hr wait regardless if you set an appoint or not just to get an oil change.
