Got a service appointment to address a recall. I bought a 2020 Ford Explorer ST, a very expensive car from Southwest Ford. I have brought it into the dealer five times since purchasing it because of a backup camera not working and it still isn’t fixed from Southwest Ford. Each time the car stays in the shop at least two days only to have to return a few months later. It’s also been in the shop for over a month when the tailpipe busted. They refuse to fix the lemon and I will never buy a Ford again… they truly live up to the slogan Ford stands for Fix Or Repair Daily!!!! More

I purchased a 2022 Ford Ranger in May of 2022. I visited with Joe Houck and made a deal with him. I wanted to transfer the oil changes and service to a dealership they had just purchased in the to I visited with Joe Houck and made a deal with him. I contacted the local dealership and they told me they couldn't do that and I would need to get the service where I purchased the vehicle. I contacted Joe Houck and told him the situation and he said to tell them to contact him if they had any questions. I made an appointment and went to service the vehicle and I was in and out in 45 minutes and everything was great. Went in for service and recall and had to bring it back two days later for check engine light. 1250.00 seems to be the magic number. Part is 194 labor 1019....I am in the wrong profession!
