On a prior visit for oil change and tire rotation the lug nuts were so tight I broke a breaker bar trying to get them loose. Thankfully I was doing some work myself at home. If I had had a flat out on the road somewhere, I would never have been able to get the lug nuts off to change the tire. She did as I asked and the lug nuts were torqued to spec. More
