Out of the 3X I’ve been there they’ve only did the complementary vacuum once. And that’s only cause I let the guy know that Kelli shouldn’t have to vacuum my car out every time I come. They always try to tell me I have 1 free oil change even though I always tell them I have Honda care warranty plan. An 1 time (the last visit) after telling the lady that, they still tried to charge me for a tire rotation. Had to explain a second time on the same visit. Just very irritating to have to go through the same situation every visit. More
This Honda dealership provided prompt, friendly, and thorough service to get our pilot back up and running. They went out of their way to fix a recall repair that was done incorrectly by another dealers thorough service to get our pilot back up and running. They went out of their way to fix a recall repair that was done incorrectly by another dealership that caused our fuel gauge to be malfunctioning. They also went out of their way to communicate with the other dealership to get our trim panels that were broken by the other facilities technicians replaced. We won’t use any other facility but Honda Southaven for all of our service and purchasing needs. Thank you again! More

Nice friendly service writer. However they did tell us that the rear brake pads were worn out. I changed them and half the pad was left on the rear.
