Even better, when I came back on Monday with additional questions and needed help setting up a few features, everyone welcomed me back and took the time to make sure I understood everything. That level of customer service doesn’t end when you drive off the lot, and it says a lot about the people here. The dealership itself is outstanding. If you work remotely or need a place to wait during service, they have fast Wi-Fi, multiple comfortable seating areas, flexible workspaces, and complimentary espresso, coffee, and specialty drinks. I still have doubts about the corporate manufacturing of Honda; they evidently do not provide the dealership with a variety so that the customers can have a choice. However, when I made George Webb, the salesman, and Chris Anderson, the manager, aware of my concerns, they worked hard to get the model of my choice. It took a week to get it to the dealership, but I now have the Honda Civic that I wanted. Thank you to all who made this happen and I am sorry that the Honda Corporation does not seem to be concerned enough to make these models available for customer choice in the first place. More
