Repair works as expected. But both trips I've made to this dealer for warranty work resulted in minor cosmetic damage. First trip for a media cable ended up with a dent in the trim around the center AC vents. Second trip for the subframe recall ended up with the vinyl fender cladding trim coming off rear passenger side door. It was easy to snap back on but the adhesive at the top was broken. Neither are big deals and wear and tear is part of life, but I'm 2/2 on minor cosmetic damage for warranty repairs. More

I think his name is Kenny, he helped me during my last service visit. He was great for the most part but when he came to get me after the service he said loud enough for everyone to hear that I was using service visit.
