As I did had my general service with tire rotation On March 10 10 am. I have let the team know about my concern that liftgate was not opening and there were signs on dashboard which says check rear light March 10 10 am. I have let the team know about my concern that liftgate was not opening and there were signs on dashboard which says check rear lights and team charged me saying that the they need to change the lights which still didn’t resolve the issue and they called me back in for diagnostics and provided a loaner car. They said diagnose will take 24 hrs My vehicle has been with the dealership since Wednesday at 2:20 PM, and despite several days passing, the service team has still not been able to properly identify the issue. This delay without a clear diagnosis or timeline is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I have told them to diagnose and let me the cost to repair and they don’t have answer to the issue why its causing it its really very frustrating to me that kia authorized electrician doesn’t know whats the root cause of it. I rely on my vehicle for daily use, and the lack of communication and progress from the dealership has caused significant inconvenience. I expected a higher level of professionalism and efficiency from an authorized Kia service center.And 4 days later they came up with diagnose report and when I picked up my vehicle and had a car wash yesterday there was water on top of roof at the back I wish I can upload photos as well here. I called Manager Devin at the service center and explained him and he was not interested to accept that it happened coz of it as when I lift up the trunk and saw that the power cable connections which are covered with rubber were not properly connected back which cause the water to go in. It was never about cost it was all about service they provide which was really very unacceptable for me.
