The deal started fine and all except that my pre qualified rates were switched when I got to the store. After some negotiation we came to an agreement. I made a wire transfer for the down payment th qualified rates were switched when I got to the store. After some negotiation we came to an agreement. I made a wire transfer for the down payment that was returned and then made an ACH payment but the dealer picked up my vehicle. I don't want to deal with them anymore. I have a case number with KIA of America but they also have been very slow to work with More

I had to go back to return to the dealership because they forgot to reset the mileage on my car. They also put that they did a courtesy wash and that was not true.
