I went in looking for a new Honda Fit. I was not pressured or harassed like I had been at other dealerships. Dave was very professional and easy to work with for sales. I made a reasonable offer and pressured or harassed like I had been at other dealerships. Dave was very professional and easy to work with for sales. I made a reasonable offer and it was immediately accepted, no haggling over price. Once I was done signing the preliminary paperwork I went into the finance office with Chad and he was easy to work with and professional as well. When it was all said and done I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted, with a free full tank of gas and absolutely spotless. This was the simplest car buying experience I have had and I will return there for my next car. I have already and will recommend Southeastern Honda to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
Went here to look at a replacement vehicle for my 2000 VW Beetle, that I was ready to retire after 261k miles. I was not even out of my car yet when Scott walked up and introduced himself. Told him I would Beetle, that I was ready to retire after 261k miles. I was not even out of my car yet when Scott walked up and introduced himself. Told him I would love to find another Beetle, but I knew there were not too many around, so I was open to something else, preferably a late model, low mileage, with a sunroof. He showed me a couple of cars, then says, Oh I took a Beetle in trade the other day, but don't know what year it was. He looks around the lot, then heads to the wash rack where they are cleaning up some cars. "How about a black BMW?" he says. Nope, I said, beyond my price range. He goes inside (I thought it was to find the Beetle info), then comes out with a sales manager. That's when the clown act starts. They take me all over the lot, "How about this one?" Told him I prefered something unusual, no silver or white. Points out a Honda Element, makes some joke about the color (Tangerine something). Told him no, then says "How about a Harley?" Told him I couldn't drive a Harley and he said he'd teach me. Thats when I knew they weren't taking me seriously. There was no mention of the Beetle again - I doubt it existed. Then he told me he was going to "do me a favor" and give me apiece of advice - not to carry a pad of paper and pen to make notes, that NO ONE WOULD TALK TO ME. What a joke - last day of the month and last day of the year and salespeople at the other 5 dealerships I was going to wouldn't even talk to me because I'm taking some notes? After they thought I was leaving, I walked onto the new car lot where another sales manager asked me if he could help and he was very helpful in showing me a new CRV and explaining some trim differences, along with providing me a brochure. From the other reviews, it sounds like a great place (and we had bought a used car here previously) - it sounds like I just got a bad salesperson. More

Although we showed up just before closing time on a Friday, David, Tony and Howard went the extra mile with effort, patience and well, ... every aspect of our Honda experience was performed with first Friday, David, Tony and Howard went the extra mile with effort, patience and well, ... every aspect of our Honda experience was performed with first class professionalism for our entire 90 minute visit. During this visit, we purchased my daughters first ever car. I researched and competed the purchase price with other Honda dealers and Southeastern gave me the best value. Once we picked our Honda, the shop's detail crew gave it the final clean up inside and out, the car was spotless and my daughter was speechless. I positively recommend Southeastern Honda and it's staff for your automotive needs. Although Southeastern Honda is approx 100 miles away from me, Southeastern Honda will be my first and only stop when my family and I buy our next car. More

Sam was accomodating as we had a very tight window for the deal to take place and were purchasing from out of state. They were able to get exactly what we wanted at the end of the model year, gave us a great price on the vehicle and good value for the trade in. The entire transaction went very smoothly. We would return to do business with them again. More
