I recently had my car serviced-- my service advisor was very helpful. I was greeted when I brought my car in and was treated with respect. The price was fair and there were no extra charges. I brought my 2008 Honda Civic in for service today. The service advisor Tiger, handled all my questions and preformed all services that were required. Worst service department in the entire state. They have very inexperienced staff, rude mechanics and a service manager that could care less. I will never take my car back to this dealership and I have liv very inexperienced staff, rude mechanics and a service manager that could care less. I will never take my car back to this dealership and I have lived here 32 years in Melbourne. I was told my car was not covered for a warranty repair and that there was nothing they could do, and they could not even diagnose the problem correctly. I took my car then right up to Space Coast Honda in Cocoa and I was promptly greeted, treated like a human being and my car was repaired under warranty NO CHARGE. Thank you Space Coast Honda for your overwhelming concern and your sincere care for your customer’s issues and not your wallet. More
