Excellent Service Experience My brake system problem light came on while running errands. Drove immediately to Hall Acura Service Center, spoke with JB who quickly had a technici My brake system problem light came on while running errands. Drove immediately to Hall Acura Service Center, spoke with JB who quickly had a technician assess the problem. During the assessment the technician assessed it was a low voltage issue and dirty brake fluids. Within two hours my car was serviced and I was back running errands. Very important when it came to explaining the use of the technology in the car! Chris explained our purchase options very clearly and focused upon the points that were important to us. They all made the buying experience a no-hassle experience. Well done!! KBB.com (which was within $100 of edmunds.com) was used to determine the offered price with no negotiation in the deal. The 2014 RLX was in immaculate condition, low mileage (29,800), all 30,000 miles service items completed/documented prior to delivery and all new Michelin tires installed. More
