Very helpful and engaged general manager, Travis. Was hoping to meet with him when I arrived at the dealership to check out the truck I inquired of, I instead was met by a sales man John whom was, a Was hoping to meet with him when I arrived at the dealership to check out the truck I inquired of, I instead was met by a sales man John whom was, assumably new, who was very kind, and trying his best; however, the questions/concerns posed to him were not met with an resolving answer or follow up, rather a change in topic and a paper to sign pushed in front of me, id say overall dismissive as I and my husband felt as if he either didnt know the answers or simply more so likely that it was within an hour of closing time and he seemingly wanted to get out of there. One concern I brought up was founded on the purchased carfax report I had reviewed prior to arrival, he simply almost made it sound as if I had false information "because he couldn't see on his end(computer) on the car fax "what i was even talking about". If my husband didnt sell cars for a living for 20+ years I would've walked away disappointed but only thanks to that aspect, I did leave happily with the vehicle Travis worked so hard to find for me ! Thanks again Travis! More
