Excellent work performed by the service department itself. But there were other issues. (1) 3% service fee on credit cards? The most I've run into is 2%. (2) IMO, pretty aggressive parts pricing itself. But there were other issues. (1) 3% service fee on credit cards? The most I've run into is 2%. (2) IMO, pretty aggressive parts pricing (re: alternator). (3) Called on Saturday to check on vehicle, but reached an outside answering service two different times. Why didn't someone at the dealership answer my call? More

I was disappointed that the dealership charges a service fee if you use a charge card. You all don't take checks which then leaves me the option of bringing cash.. that's really not feasible when you don't fee if you use a charge card. You all don't take checks which then leaves me the option of bringing cash.. that's really not feasible when you don't know how much a service will be. Also, no more handwashing cars and no vacuum service for the inside was also disappointing. Feel like I'm getting less and less for owning an Acura. More
