The Southern Dealership has changed policies that do not favor customers. Now you have to pay for a loaner and you’re not encouraged to wait for your car anymore. I have been going to this location (different names at times) for 31 years. I have owned 6 Acuras from the old Integra, RSX, TSX and now TLX.
