I could not even get in the door to the dealership and Cynthia was already walking out to greet me. She was so down to earth and easy going. She was very up front and honest with me from the beginning and Cynthia was already walking out to greet me. She was so down to earth and easy going. She was very up front and honest with me from the beginning and helped me figure out what my best option would be. After a drunk driver totaled that car so I went right back to the Cynthia a month later to do the process all over again. Between her, Dave and Jerome they got me completely squared away. I really appreciate the team there being so great and at this point I would consider Cynthia a friend. They are top notch. More

We had our car worked on in service. Took 2 weeks for them to diagnose the issue. It took another 2 weeks to get the repairs. We could never reach anyone, no one would call us back. We had to drive out there and ask for up dates in person. When we finally got the car back they tried to charge us $400 more than was quoted and when I challenged it they were like “oopsies, our bad”. And 2 weeks later. The xxxx car still leaks. Waiting for a call back to see if they will warranty their work. More
Had an appointment arrived and after an hour was told they didn't have the parts, for my recall fix. Was told they'd call me the following week when they came in. Your service writers do not know what they’re doing your service riders. Do not call anybody back. My 2018 Kia soul has been in there since September 18.
