Service department had my 2024 Yukon XL for an oil change at 37,500mi, called me for an additional $1500 in unnecessary items like the air and cabin filters stating they needed to be changed. The service department drop the ball on my last visit. My car AC wasn’t working right in my 2024 Buick Evista. So come to find out my evacuator was bad and they had to order parts. They kept my car for over two months and on top of that Someone took my dash cam and cords out my car. I went and talked to the shop manager and he found my parts that they needed to fix my car. They kept talking about tariffs and blaming GMC but guess what 👀 the parts to fix my car was actually there 3 days after they ordered it. I was so upset and I tried to speak with multiple people at here. I even tried to reach out to my salesman but the lady in that office was very rude and should be fired. I even asked to speak to her manager and was denied. Antwan is the only person at this entire location that know anything. He should be the manager because none of them seem to be capable of handing anything without him. More

Hard to reach anyone via phone - esp while my truck is in being serviced. Service advisors are good - they do the best they can. But the systems they have to work with are sub-par. Other dealers have systems being serviced. Service advisors are good - they do the best they can. But the systems they have to work with are sub-par. Other dealers have systems where you can track the service appt progress, and approved/disapprove work online. Plus interact with their advisor in real time.
