I bought my vehicle from them with Lifetime free inspection and oil change.I had my annual Southern hospitality inspection and oil change in May 2025 They forgot to do the oil change so I had to bri inspection and oil change.I had my annual Southern hospitality inspection and oil change in May 2025 They forgot to do the oil change so I had to bring my vehicle back. When I picked up my vehicle the second time I was told that I no longer get the free inspection and oil change. Displeased customer and why and how is this changing after 16 years? More

I really appreciate how efficient, professional and inviting by the entire staff(service reps, mechanics/technicians and parts dept) I wasn’t very happy with the price to install under dashboard lig inviting by the entire staff(service reps, mechanics/technicians and parts dept) I wasn’t very happy with the price to install under dashboard lighting, puddle lamps on side view mirrors and 1 foot pedal. Over $600, make me very leery and think about doing installs or anything else that I can handle, myself. I understand everything has a cost, but that’s a little much! Otherwise Kiudos to all involve, except the folks that determine and set the pricing for service. As a retired United State Air Force member, the price was shocking!!! Dwayne Gladden More

I called a couple times to check on my car didn’t receive a call back. Said I will get one when I finally got a call back. I was told that my car failed inspection, but I got a video saying that he didn’t se a call back. Said I will get one when I finally got a call back. Brandon I asked him if they were doing my oil change and they didn’t know that I was supposed to get done long short by all didn’t get changed. They called me 30 minutes later.
