2019 Kia Sorento I bought a new 2011 Kia Sorento from Southern saleman Jesse Bell. So I had to venture somewhere else .... the car I bought was good but not my Kia.... well recent grandma for 3 and newly married I needed more car. Bought a lemon I bought a vehicle midweek and by Saturday night, it ruined my driveway leaking oil all over. I took it in to be serviced on Sunday, and I still don’ I bought a vehicle midweek and by Saturday night, it ruined my driveway leaking oil all over. I took it in to be serviced on Sunday, and I still don’t have it back as of Thursday night. The part is still out to be ordered. I received no follow-ups with when my vehicle would be ready except for them to ask me to trade in my loaner during my workday because they sold the loaner. I went in to talk to management to get to the bottom of when I’d get my car back and my unhappiness that my car only lasted 3 days, and the manager said that’s what happens with a car with 70K miles and shrugged it off. I left with plenty of excuses and no resolution. Very unhappy. When you spend $20K on a vehicle and it’s had a supposed 99pt inspection, you expect the vehicle to last longer than 3 days. More
