Dropped off my vehicle one day and asked if I was going to wait, answered no. Was told that I would get a call when the vehicle was ready - no call received. Service writer asked if I wanted the paperwork for the recalls but never told me that one of the two recalls needs a part to be ordered and would have to come back. Communication is extremely lacking and very unprofessional especially when a person is relying on their only vehicle to be ready so they can get to work. More
