I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent service experience at your dealership. I scheduled a Saturday morning appointment online to diagnose an issue with my vehicle. Upon arrival, I recent service experience at your dealership. I scheduled a Saturday morning appointment online to diagnose an issue with my vehicle. Upon arrival, I was informed that diagnostic services are not performed on weekends and that I should have called instead. Unfortunately, there was no mention of this policy anywhere on your website or during the online booking process. Following that, I waited an entire week just to receive an update. I called numerous times and left messages without any response. When I finally received a callback, I was informed that parts were needed and it would take three days to receive them, after which the repair would be completed. However, another full week passed without any updates. Again, I made multiple attempts to contact the service department, none of which were answered or returned. Ultimately, it took over two weeks for a repair that was originally estimated to take just a few days. The lack of communication and transparency, along with the inaccurate timelines and unhelpful service, have been extremely frustrating. This experience has been so disappointing that I no longer have confidence in Kia or your dealership, and I will not consider purchasing a Kia vehicle in the future. Bring Josh back. Very friendly at service dept. Wasn't happy on this visit. Guy that test drove car to duplicate antifreeze smell very nice. Kim, friendly sometimes a Very friendly at service dept. Seems not to care about my concerns. Other services guy, heavy set black guy, unfriendly too. Tried to make a joke about ain t you glad you didn't get me. Just brushed me off. Why these 2 take a job dealing with the public when they clearly don't want to deal with the public. Don't think I will be back to this service dept. Tried to use a coupon on tire rotation. Told by Kim, I couldn't. Anyone else would tried to accommodate the customer. Had to keep grinning. Picked up on her facial expression and body language. I was clearly a bother to her. Still smelling antifreeze. Guess it ok if I get sicker from toxin coming back through vent.Very unhappy and dissatisfied customer. More
